See you in September!

September is finally here!!! I don’t know if I’ve ever been more excited to see September come! We are going to have our babies this month! Yay! And tomorrow, we will know what day that will be!
Yesterday I had a Non-Stress Test (NST) and ultrasound. Babies are not in any stress, heart rates are great, and ultrasound showed them breathing well. (We did have to wait for Ash to stop hiccuping to confirm that however, silly kid!) However…we have very stubborn children, already! (I’m sure they get it from their father πŸ˜‰ hehe..ok I admit, they prolly get some from me too!) Had “baby A” is breech, practically sitting up on my right side with her foot in my bladder…thank you my sweet daughter πŸ™‚ and Ash “baby B” is transverse, laying sideways across the top. Both of their heads are together on my right side…which I kind of thought so, because I can feel them push each other back and forth and Ash shoves his head up into my ribs/lungs…he finds this fun, especially at night.
So the nurse contacted Dr. Smith about their positions and I guess he said “those darn kids!” (again…they get it from Nathan!) and said when we come in for our appt on Thursday we will discuss scheduling a C-Section. It’s just to risky to try and deliver normally.
So tomorrow we (hopefully) will know our babies birthday!! Nathan and I both feel blessed to have such wonderful medical care that we can give our kids the best possible chance at being healthy individuals. It’s also nice to know when to expect what. We’ve had a very open mind from the beginning, not trying to have expectations and just go with what the doctors suggest. I know that God has placed us in good hands with our doctor, but ultimately, we are ALL in HIS hands πŸ™‚ It is only because of Him that our babies have done so well so far. God is good!
I will try to post a quick update tomorrow or Friday with the word from the doctor and hopefully a scheduled date for the procedure/twins birthday!

Press on!
